The Association divides the northeastern counties into four districts:

• Fox Valley (Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Winnebago)
• Packerland (Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette, Oconto)
• Lakeland (Calumet, Manitowoc, Sheboygan)    
• Badger (Shawano, Outagamie, Waupaca)
